Use esummary 2.0 response format

Vermaat requested to merge fix-esummary into master

NCBI's Entrez apparently updated the default response format for esummary. The only description of this I could find was in their RSS feed: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/feed/rss.cgi?ChanKey=genenews

This commit works with the new response format (rather than forcing the old format by passing version=1.0).
