Batch job example files and result files quite unreadable for Windows users

The example files given by the batch job page: https://mutalyzer.nl/batch as well as the resulting files, are really hard to read for Windows users, since they only contain Linux line endings. Standard Windows installations open .txt files using notepad, which is unable to interpret Linux line endings, and therefore shows all output on one line (all lines concatinated w/o whitespace in between). Windows users can switch to Wordpad if they have it available, but I think it's better to switch to Windows line endings so both Linux and Windows users can open these files without problems.
