Batch checker crashes if MySQL is restarted

It seems mutalyzer-batchd does no longer accept jobs if we restart MySQL while it is running, since it then looses connection.
I see three reasonable solutions:

Manually stop and start mutalyzer-batchd on MySQL restarts.

Implement automatic reconnect in mutalyzer-batchd.

Inform init of this dependency and let it do 1) automatically.

has to be remembered and executed manually, thus not satisfactory. 2) is certainly possible and failsafe. Jeroen thinks 3) is also possible in Debian and is, I think, the most elegant solution.
