Exon/CDS information should always be shown

The information under "Additional information about the transcript:" (essentialy the exon positions table and CDS table) should always be shown, even if no protein prediction was done.
Slight problem is that in the case of a non-coding transcript, the table headers should use n. instead of c. (the values are probably already okay in n. notation, since the crossmapper used is for g->n in that case).
Related to issue #34 (closed), if we internally really handle g. n. and c. positions, we might want to explicitely add n. columns to these tables.
