Merge branch 'feature-intellij_dev' into 'develop'

Add IntelliJ project files

Two commits here:

* Adding IntelliJ project files (so anybody else could still use IntelliJ ;) + we have the Netbeans configs after all)
* .gitignore update to exclude personal IntelliJ project files
