Modified the README.

beamerthemelumc.sty:
- The LUMC style sheet, it handles all layout and provides two commands:
  - \bodytemplate makes the title sheet and switches to the body layout.
  - \lastpagetemplate alters the head line with two more logos.

presentation.tex:
- Example presentation.

Makefile:
- Added more clean up functionality.

functionality, added a bold text command.
