Set all public facing services to maintenance mode

Upgrade to Debian 8.0 Jessie:

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
sed -i s/wheezy/jessie/g /etc/apt/sources.list
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get dist-upgrade
apt-get autoremove
apt-get purge $(dpkg -l | awk '/^rc/ { print $2 }')

Remove obsolete packages:
```
apt-get purge denyhosts emacs23-nox
```
Switch this repo to the debian-jessie branch, be sure to update Ansible to version 1.9.1, and run the playbook.
Reboot the system.
Run the playbook again to confirm everything works correctly.
Disable maintenance mode for public facing services and check everything is working as expected.
