LaCyTools v1.1.0-alpha b20180820a

This build fixes bugs #36 and #40 by parsing the reference list for the
'main' isotope and using those masses for the summary (#40) and by
adding a `if float(k.timeWindow) == float(j[2])` to the summary creation
(#36).
