### Where to Store what data, Only for research data
* All data should be stored in your department data share located in /data/

* /home is only settings, scripts and libraries
* /bam-export is for files that you want to share with the world or in the UCSC genome browser
* /usr/local/Genomes is for reference genomes, can only be written by users in the genomes group
