Gentrap alignment metrics model does not take into account non-FR pair orientation

The current case class model for GentrapAlignmentStats assumes alignment files only have one type of orientation. This is false, since there are multiple possible orientations. Picard, for example, is aware of this (they denote FR, RF, and TANDEM orientations). Ideally, we also reflect this in our model.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
