Position Converter: Confusing error message.

When a conversion is requested between builds, which is not supported, the Position Converter raises the following error:

The Accession number NC_000011 could not be found in our database (or is not a chromosome).

Perhaps the following error message would be more informative:

Accession number NC_000011 could not be found in our database or is not suitable for the requested conversion.

Additionally, we could point to our wiki to give some more detailed explanation.
