Created tests to:
* Generate an authentication token.
* Unsuccessfully attempt a subbmission with an invalid token.
* Successfully attempt a submission for a variant in the IVD gene.
* Schedule the submitted data for automatic import.
* Trigger the import of scheduled files.

Also slightly refactored the access to LOVD global variables from
within the test environment.
