Automatically download vep dependencies

Install VEP cache for release 97: run from inside singularity:

vep_install --species homo_sapiens_merged --CACHEDIR cache_dir

Manually download the fasta file vep needs:

curl -O ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-97/fasta/homo_sapiens/dna/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.dna.primary_assembly.fa.gz
gzip -d Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.dna.primary_assembly.fa.gz
bgzip Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.dna.primary_assembly.fa

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
