Replaced the LUMC logo with a bigger version.

beamerthemelumc.sty:
- Switched back to the default font.
- Unified the two colorBlock functions.
- Fixed the bibliography.
- Fixed column separation on tables.
- Added a new background colour (Salmon).
- Lowered the position of the title.
- Made the column widths configurable and made the content stick to the top.
- Disabled hyphenation and filling.
- Made the titles and contents of the colorBlock smaller.

poster.tex:
- Added the colOneWidth and colTwoWidth.
- Made alterations to work with the new colorBlock command.
- Added an example with the new background colour.
- Sanitised the template.
